Trendy No Hassle Return PolicyIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your Trendy Camera Strap purchase, please let us know immediately, via email. Returns are to be made at customer's expense within 14 days of ship date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items must be in new and unused condition and accompanied with a copy of your invoice. You must enclose a copy of your invoice to prevent delay in processing your return and issuing you your refund.
Please allow 7 – 10 business days to process your refund once your return is received. We require that you contact us at email@example.com prior to attempting to return your items. Make sure that the subject of your email reads RETURN CAMERA STRAP, and the body of your e-mail includes your order number. It is important that you DO NOT attempt to return an item to us without attempting to notify us first.

Trendy Strap WarrantyYour Trendy Strap is covered with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship only. If one of our products fails during the first year due to defect in materials or workmanship, we will gladly repair or replace the product, at Trendy’s discretion, if returned to Trendy, at purchaser’s expense, with original purchase invoice.
Our warranty does not cover repairs or damage that result from mishandling or misuse of your Trendy Camera Strap. Trendy will not cover repairs or damage if the strap is altered from its original state in any way. Trendy’s warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or wear such as abrasion, snags, pilling, or fading due to normal use, or the natural wear that occurs after extended use.
Trendy’s warranty also does not cover secondary damages to equipment such as damage to, or loss of, a camera due to potential failure in the strap. It is still the responsibility of the owner to handle his/her camera in a manner designated by the manufacturer of the camera. If you believe there is a warranty issue please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your concern and return. Send your strap, at purchaser’s expense, to the above address with a written explanation of the problem to be addressed.
